An equal partnership between Harlow Council and The Hill Group
In 2023, the partnership received unanimous approval from Harlow’s Development Management Committee for the redevelopment of the former Lister House site in Staple Tye, which becomes the first to be delivered by the partnership.
HRP are seeking to submit planning for the re-development of Post Office Road Car Park. The Site will deliver circa 169 high-quality homes comprising one- and two-bedroom apartments along with new areas of Public Open space acting as a gateway to Harlow Town Centre.
